If I were to contribute to this topic, I would say fresh air. When I drop out of the flow because of a brick-walled-problem, I find the best cure to turn off the music, go outside for some fresh air (even if it means standing half out of a window :) ) but try to maintain the isolation.

Not going out for a chat with co-workers or call someone on the phone but to really put your mind to work and think from all angels on how to tackle the problem.

When you come back inside you&#039;re atleast full of fresh air, re-generated energy and possibly a couple of new ideas on how to fix the problem.

This has saved me a couple of hours of work in the past.
